Compass rose

In Rosa dei Venti, the landscape becomes pure tension, a space traversed by opposing currents that continually clash. The rose, positioned as the work's symbolic fulcrum, is the silent epicenter of these opposing forces: on one side, the winds of war, storm, and fracture; on the other, the winds of peace, more subtle yet still capable of guiding the world's breath. The sky, dense and shifting, carries within it the instability of this conflict, while the distant city appears as a fragile presence, suspended between resistance and dissolution. On earth, matter lights up with chromatic wounds and sudden blossomings, as if destruction and rebirth coexist in the same heartbeat. A thread of hope always remains in this precarious balance.
